Pace's Denis Brown will present "Is Your Client's Company All It Could Be?" at the upcoming NAFPA 2019 Spring National Conference in Austin, TX.  His presentation will provide an overview of the process of performing a business assessment in preparation for selling a business to a third party or transferring ownership to partners, family members and/or key employees.
