Pace's Denis Brown will present "Is Your Client's Company All It Could Be?" at the upcoming Chattanooga Tax Practitioners Group on September 18. His presentation will provide an overview of the process of performing a business assessment in preparation for selling a business to a third party or transferring ownership to partners, family members and/or key employees.
